The Easiest Way to Relax Your Body

Sit in your comfortable place.  Tighten your entirebody from head to toe for a couple of seconds and then release…. repeat a couple of times,  be sure you arecompletely comfortable, close your eyes and listen to your voice attentivelywhile you say to yourself the following


Relax…….. Relax…… Relax
I am going to experience a wonderful state of relaxation.
I am relaxing my hands (imagine your hands getting relaxedslowly).
I am relaxing my legs (imagine your legs getting relaxedslowly).
I am relaxing my entire body (imagine your entire bodygetting relaxed slowly).

Take four long and slow breaths and imagine getting more andmore relaxed and say to yourself

My hands are relaxing more and more (imagine your handsgetting more and more relaxed slowly).
My legs are relaxing more and more (imagine your legs gettingmore and more relaxed slowly).
My entire body relaxing more and more (imagine your entirebody getting more and more relaxed slowly).

Take four long andslow breaths and imagine getting more and completely relaxed and say toyourself

My hands are relaxed completely (imagine your handscompletely relaxed).
My legs are relaxed completely (imagine your legs completelyrelaxed).
My entire body relaxed completely (imagine your entire body gettingcompletely relaxed).
